Due to the complaints about having a monopoly power in the clan which
controls the flow of the money, I decided to establish The Exchange as a
financial faction which judges the other two factions' movements and
supplies them with sufficient amount of credits.
Please note that
this covers The Exchange having a leader and a co leader ONLY, who will
judge the activity and the power of the two factions and supply them
with credits.
The division of the supplied credits will be performed by the faction leaders and co-leaders.
